AWS Title Services is owned by Anthony (“Tony”) Surber, Esquire, who has been practicing law in the Tampa area for 23 years, with a heavy concentration in real estate, title insurance and residential and commercial real estate closings. We handle closings throughout Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Pasco County and across the State of Florida. Since our company is locally owned and operated by an attorney, this means we have a thorough understanding of the local and state laws. Our experienced staff has more than fifty combined years of experience in the title insurance industry and we are focused on making certain that your needs are always met.
